1. Passwords and permissions can be set for each experimental group, and different analysis schemes and parameter settings can be classified and saved, which ensures the safety and reliability of the data and the traceability of the original data.
2. Flat App arrangement makes it possible to complete the setting of all analysis parameters with one click. Combined with the real-time data-image linkage of 2D streaming scatterplot, layer-by-layer cell subtype screening and other functions, it is easier and more accurate to judge the screening criteria of positive cell subpopulations and their spatial location effects.
IHC2 APP Ki-67 cell nuclear analysis

Split the 2 staining markers in the IHC sample or HE sample, and then provide up to 18 statistical parameters such as intensity, morphology, in the form of scatter plots or histograms for the nucleus, perinuclear fraction, and cytoplasm of each single cell.Ki-67 staining and evaluation is an integral part of cancer diagnosis. IHC2 APP is one of StrataQuest's simpler APPs and does not require a long learning curve.
