TissueFAXS Viewer

TissueFAXS Viewer is a free tool to quickly view, annotate and output images of panoramic virtual slices acquired with TissueFAXS.

TissueFAXS Viewer not only enables infinite zoom viewing of panoramic virtual slice scans and panoramic images, but also batch output of panoramic/local non-destructive images, as well as annotating, circling, and measuring of samples. The image viewing software is free to download and install.

Viewer Download Instructions
The TissueFAXS Viewer software version needs to match the corresponding TissueFAXS imaging software version.
The TissueFAXS Viewer is backward compatible. If the TF viewer version is newer than the TissueFAXS scanning version, the viewer software will upgrade the .aqproj file to the existing viewer version format. After upgrading, it will not be possible to reopen it in the older TissueFAXS software version. The TF Viewer software will pop up a warning window accordingly. (The file is opened read-only (keeping the old format)), or you can mark it for upgrade. If there is any doubt about the compatibility of the TF Viewer software, we recommend that you make a backup (.aqproj file) in the software.
