TissueFAXS SL High-throughput Systems

TissueFAXS system (Fluo，Histo，Plus，Spectra，Q+) can be equipped with SL (slide loader) high-throughput sampler. Tissuefaxs SL is also equipped with an automatic sampler and control software. The software has Sv (slide validator) slide verification function to ensure the high definition of the collected image. During the scanning process, the clarity of each scanned FOV was evaluated in real time. If the FOV is not clear enough, it will be re scanned immediately.

Slide Loader Configuration
The TissueFAXS SL system can hold three 40-slide cassettes, each containing 20 loaders that can carry two standard slides, for a total of 120 slides.In addition, 60 slide cassettes of 2x standard slides are supported. The slides are picked up by magnetic clips and moved to the carrier table for scanning. Direct contact between the slide and moving parts is avoided, protecting the sample.
The TissueFAXS SL system supports automatic scanning of brightfield and fluorescent samples, as well as scanning of TMA samples. Combined with a high-speed camera, the TissueFAXS SL system provides a high-quality, high-throughput slide scanning experience with speed and functionality, and is compatible with a full range of objective scanning modes from 2.5X to 100X.
TissueFAXS SL Workflow

TissueFAXS SL is equipped with a new version of TissueFAXS software for better batch sample scanning, data validation and storage.There are two main workflows: Simple Workflow for single sample types and Advanced Workflow for multiple sample types.
